We have identified a bug in the function which converts Activities to Projects. We will release a point release (9.4.8) this evening, Thursday 17 June, to temporarily disabled this function, while we work to resolve the bug. We plan to do another point release (9.4.9) on the evening of Sunday 27 June to fix the bug.
