Information on how to use a broadcast to send a message to all users of your application.
You can send a message to all application users using a broadcast. The ability to create a broadcast is restricted to super users or other security roles with the system admin security flag enabled. This is because a broadcast has very high visibility, if the pop-up option is selected.
