Information on how to manage People assigned to projects, programmes, activities and services.


Project & programme people

Add people

Navigate to the Delivery view of your project / programme to add your team and other people involved in leadership or governance roles. It’s best to do this before you start adding much detail to your project / programme so you can then allocate people to other items such as risks, tasks etc. When you add people to your project / programme you also define their roles and decide what level of access they will have to your project / programme information. See the table underneath the screenshots for more information on security.

View: Tasks View all tasks, milestones and task assignments.
View: Value View benefits, concept (business case), investment profile.
View: Finance View of financial information.
View:Misc Everything else including project / programme documents, baselines etc.
Create: Items Create any management item: risk, change request, decision, issue.
Create: Tasks Create tasks, milestones etc. Assign people to tasks.
Manage: Value Manage value items. Modify benefits, priority and investement information.
Manage: Delivery Modify any project / programme item. Manage project / programme security and miscellaneous items.
